Permanent Jewellery FAQs

How long will my permanent Jewellery stay on?
Your permanent jewellery will remain in place for as long as you desire. If you ever wish to remove it, simply cut the chain and keep it for future re-welding.

What if my chain breaks?
While the design of our jewelry ensures durability, in the unlikely event of a breakage, please save the chain and we will gladly re-weld it at no charge. If the chain is missing, a new one will need to be purchased.

Can I go through airport security with permanent jewellery ?
Absolutely! Fine jewelry, including permanent pieces, is not required to be removed during airport security checks. You can confidently wear your permanent jewelry on all your travel adventures.

Can I get an MRI with a permanent bracelet, anklet, or necklace?
For your safety, it is recommended to remove your permanent jewelry before undergoing an MRI. Please save the chain, and we will be happy to re-weld it for you afterwards.

Who should not get permanent jewellery?
Individuals with pacemakers should avoid getting permanent jewelry due to the welding process. While allergies to solid gold, sterling silver, and gold fill are rare, those with known allergies should also refrain from getting permanent jewelry.

Can I hire you for my next event?
Certainly! We would be delighted to assist you in celebrating your special event with a permanent jewelry party. Whether it's a birthday, bachelorette, wedding, or corporate event, please contact us at info@permanentjewelleryaustralia.com to discuss the details.

I'm a minor. Can I get a piece of permanent jewelry?
We are pleased to offer permanent bracelet, anklet, or necklace services to individuals over the age of 10. Minors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult during the process.
